Every Pixel Print order is covered by your rights under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Return or exchange within 14 days

You can ask to return or exchange a book within 14 days of receiving it. The book should be in the same condition you received it in.

Damaged, defective or wrong books

If a book arrives damaged, has a printing or binding defect, or is not the title, paper or format you ordered, contact us and we will exchange it or refund it.

Include your order number, the book and the reason for the return or exchange.

We will reply with the next steps.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, we will agree the refund method with you.
