Payment

You pay online at checkout using the methods shown there. The options currently offered are InstaPay, and card or mobile wallet through Paymob. Orders paid by InstaPay are confirmed once the transfer is verified. Cash on delivery is not currently offered.

Delivery

We deliver to all 27 governorates of Egypt. Fees and estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct, because wrong details can delay delivery.

You can return or exchange a book within 14 days of receiving it, and damaged, defective or wrong items are exchanged or refunded, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Using the site

Please do not place fake orders, submit false payment details or try to disrupt the site. We may cancel orders that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
