What does Pixel Print sell?

Pixel Print is an online bookstore in Egypt selling more than 2,200 books, including romance, fantasy, classics, mystery and thriller, dark romance, romantasy, young adult and non-fiction. It does not sell used or rare books.

Which book formats are available?

Books are offered in paperback (softcover), hardcover and special edition. Each book page shows the price of every format and which options are in stock.

What is the difference between white and creamy paper?

White paper has bright white pages and creamy paper has off-white pages. For paperback and hardcover, creamy paper costs more; special editions are usually the same price on either paper. You choose the paper on the book page.

How much do books cost at Pixel Print?

Paperbacks on white paper start from 180 EGP. Hardcovers and special editions cost more. The exact price for each paper and format is shown on every book page, and all prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP).

Does Pixel Print deliver to my governorate?

Yes. Pixel Print delivers to all 27 governorates in Egypt. Choose your governorate at checkout to see the shipping fee before you pay.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is 80 EGP to Greater Cairo, Alexandria and the Delta, and the Canal cities, Sinai and Upper Egypt, and 90 EGP to Red Sea, Matrouh and New Valley. The fee is added at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 1–7 days in Greater Cairo, 2–3 days in Alexandria and the Delta, 3–5 days in the Canal cities, Sinai and Upper Egypt, and 4–7 days in Red Sea, Matrouh and New Valley.

How can I pay?

You pay online at checkout. The options currently offered are InstaPay, and card or mobile wallet through Paymob. Cash on delivery is not available at the moment.

Can I return or exchange a book?

Yes. Under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 you can return or exchange a book within 14 days of receiving it. If a book arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us and we will exchange or refund it.

How do I track my order?

Open the Track order page at pixelprint.numueg.app/track and enter your order number with the phone number or email you used when ordering.

Does Pixel Print sell complete book series?

Yes. More than 170 series are listed in reading order. Each book page shows where the book sits in its series, and you can add the complete series to your cart in one step.

How do I find a specific book?

Use the search bar to look up a title, or browse by genre. Genre pages can be filtered by category, price and author.
